1. Scope of Services

• Global Business Setup: Consulting, registration, and compliance assistance for establishing business entities in various jurisdictions.
• IT Solutions: Web design, development, maintenance, and digital transformation services.
2. Client Obligations and Accuracy of Information
The Client is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information, documents, and disclosures required for our services, especially for visa and business applications. Any failure to do so, or providing fraudulent information, will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and may have legal consequences.
3. Payment and Fees
• All fees are clearly stated in your service agreement or on the product page.
• Fees are for the provision of our consulting and support services, not for the guarantee of a specific outcome (e.g., visa approval).
4. Intellectual Property (IP)
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service marks (e.g., "Evolve Global Financial Freedom"), are the property of Freedom Evolution LLC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. For IT Solutions, the ownership of custom-developed software/websites will be defined in the specific Statement of Work (SOW).
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Freedom Evolution LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or visa application rejection, arising from the use or inability to use our services. There will be no liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DATA BREACHES OR DATA LOSS. YOU AGREE THAT THERE WILL BE NO LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
